Our next show is Rapunzel in February half term 2025 and we’re looking for new people to join our society and get involved.
If you’ve ever thought you'd like to have a go on stage, well now's the time to come along to the auditions. Whether you want one of the main parts, a supporting role, or just to be one of our great chorus, we'd love for you to come along (minimum age 11).
So if you’re looking for some fun and want to make new friends, then please do get in touch with us. We take care to ensure we mentor and develop all of our members and we offer a variety of opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to express and develop their creative talents, not just treading the boards, but also off-stage by getting involved with set design, music, front-of-house, wardrobe – you name it.
Here's some important dates:
READ THROUGH of script (all welcome) - Monday 2nd September, 7pm Woodmead Halls, Lyme Regis
CHARACTER AUDITIONS - Wednesday 4th September, 7pm Woodmead Halls, Lyme Regis
REHEARSALS START - W/C Monday 9th September
TECH REHEARSAL - Sunday 16th February (afternoon)
DRESS REHEARSAL - Monday 17th February (evening)
SHOW WEEK - Wednesday 19th February - Saturday 22nd February (nightly at 7.30pm with a Thursday and Saturday Matinee at 2.30pm)
All those wishing to join the cast/chorus will need to be available for the show dates, tech & dress rehearsal.
